Opossum Bob is an educational opossum. He is eating a specially made nutritional "pancake" with fruit, vitamins and minerals. He cannot be released back to the wild because he has webbed feet. Nursing, feeding baby opossum, Animal Advocates, Mary Cummins
This baby opossum is being nursed with an oral 3 cc syringe with Esbilac puppy milk. We try to keep the baby at a 90 degree angle to the syringe. He will lap off the end of the oral syringe.
